Ryan has been a licensed Realtor since 2000. He now owns and operates a family of real estate, property management and construction/renovation companies. Our Blu House Properties team has sold 1500+ homes for over $200 million in total sales volume.

We are most proud of how hard we advocate for our clients because real estate is our full-time job and passion. We are constantly striving to find new ways to improve our customer's experience; better ourselves and our ability to serve. Ryan served for one year as the President of the Greater Regional Alliance of Realtors, and is also a member of the Michigan & National Associations of Realtors.

After founding Blu House Properties in 2008, Ryan filled his team with energetic professionals that are well educated in business and real estate matters who also focus on providing memorable home buying/selling experiences.
